Peter Antos Art

At the invitation of the Hungarian House in San Diego the Hungarian artist Peter Antos will exhibit his paintings for the first time in the U.S.A. on February 22 and 23.

Most of his paintings shown at these events are abstract, but he also likes to paint landscapes and animals.

In the 1970s he created a special technique applying oil paint on canvas or fiberboard with razor blades instead of brushes. The result is a unique 3D effect.

Although Peter Antos has delved into digital art and photography for quite some time, the exhibits listed at noonbelow showcase only his abstract paintings. He has been participating in competitions sponsored by FineArt America and has won 1st place 19 times, in addition to several placements.

On this exhibit The Big Bang, Constellation of Planets, Fire and Water, Light and Shadow, Transcendence, Deepness, Passage, Parallel Universes, and many other paintings speak about his desire for mathematical correctness and show his rebelling revolutionary soul. Opening on Saturday Feb. 22 at 5 p.m.
